We are pleased to offer MIDAS store owners two special plans for custom on hold messaging. Both plans include the following services:

  • Script-writing, script-writing assistance
  • Professional Voice Talent
  • Properly licensed music
  • Pre-installation design and post installation technical consulting / support
  • Communication with Midas for managing content writing and seeking compliance
  • Managing / uploading of content when possible
  • Program archiving
  • Volume control and quality checks


    There are two plan options for store owners to consider. Order by checking the box of the plan you want and completing the form.

    Plan 1: One Time Recording: This plan is designed for single store owners or stores with lower call volume and a minimal number of phone lines.

    Plan 2: Marketing On Hold Gold Plan: This option is designed for store owners with high call volume and for those who wish to consistently promote new MIDAS offers or feature local community efforts.

    YesPlan 1: One Time Recording: This plan will include 5 approved Midas messages, plus the ability for you to include one "site specific" message if you elect to have one (giving directions or special details about your store).     YesPlan 2: Marketing On Hold Gold Plan: This option will include your choice of 10 messages. Six of these messages you may select from the MESSAGE MENU below, plus up to 4 custom messages of your choosing (ex.listing special directions, community efforts, localized specials or details about your store). As the MESSAGE MENU is updated, you will receive an email to make you aware of any changes and you may elect to update your messages as often as new messages are made available.Click HERE Click to listen to an example of this option.

    This option is most effective in that the messages will reflect current Midas specials, and allow you flexibility to change your messages to reflect current MIDAS specials, and more easily promote your local community efforts.

    a. Pricing is below. No "start up" or other charges apply, other than any charges you may have associated with purchasing and installing any required player equipment.

    Your phone system may or may not require the purchase of a player. Player for Plan 1 is $139. A player for Plan 2 is provided at no additional charge.

    Important Notes to Consider:

    • Depending on your phone system:
      • Messages may start from the beginning and play in the same order at all times
      • Messages may be programmed to play in a “random” manner
      • Some very small systems (over the counter phones) may not easily support this service (call us)
      • For systems NOT requiring a player, the ability or responsibility to ‘load’ the messages may rest with the store owner
      • Final audio quality is contingent upon your phone system, carrier lines, and cell phone carrier quality of callers. Your On Hold program will be completely digital and optimized for highest possible quality on telephone lines
